PAP Tests

A Pap smear is used to screen for cervical cancer in patients from the ages of 21-74 years of age. In conjunction with a pelvic exam, a pap test can detect cells in their precancerous stage, which can allow the implementation of preventative treatment. In addition to detecting precancerous lesions, the test can also help in spotting any other issues that may appear in the cervical or vaginal area, such as infections.

How Does The PrEP Clinic Work?

In just a few steps, you’ll get everything you need to start PrEP, so it’s super-easy, fast and convenient for you to get your prescription & prevent HIV.

It’s important to have a pharmacy that has PrEP meds in stock, understands PrEP, can answer your questions and address your concerns, and, is a welcoming, safe space, so you can be supported in your PrEP journey, without stigma or discrimination.

We’re with you every step of the way:

Step 1: Consultation

Call to book an in-person appointment. This initial consult you will be given blood work requisition and all the necessary information will be acquired

Step 2: Bloodwork & Doctor’s Appointment

Once your lab results are in, you’ll see the doctor (or registered nurse practitioner) to review your results and get your prescription for PrEP.

Fill your prescription at our specialty pharmacy and receive all the information needed about your therapy. Not all Pharmacists have the background and knowledge about Prep.

Step 3: Get your PrEP Prescription

Pickup your PrEP prescription at HealthFirst, or request free delivery.

Start taking your medication and just like that, you’re on PrEP!

We’ll let you know when your refills are ready so you won’t miss any doses.
